Pros
Good if you are senior manager and a slacker. Travel to exotic places like Aberdeen, Cardiff, Hull. Work/life balance good. If you are lucky to get a client/project near home. Some great people at the T1-T7 levels and C1-C4. Good brand Good experience - on the job learning
Cons
Poor to non existent training except in Capgemini processes, ways of working etc. Salaries low and raises / promotions bad. Dreadful senior managers and getting worse.... Lack of creativity, innovation and drive Internal competition and silos People mysteriously disappear through no fault of their own with nothing much more than statutory pay - so beware if you are on the bench [they will come for you] You never know where you will be stuck next. Get stuck in the wrong place and your career could suffer as a result.
