      Big company structure and benefits - if you like/need that sort of thing.

      Cons

      So so so want to have the perceived respect of their Gemini colleagues. Politics, politics and more politics. And oh, did I mention the politics.? If that energy was expended for the customer benefit then wouldn't that just be a good thing?
