Looks like an Excellent Company... But not in Brazil
Pros
Large group, incredible corporate university, good salary and good benefits (for old employees).
Cons
Lack of leadership, unprepared executives (Directors and VPs), terrible internal communication, no one knows what are the company goals and mission, all the employees feels unsafe about their futures in the company. In recent months there have been several layoffs in an unprepared manner, there is no respect for the employees that are being fired. The criterion for not firing people seems to be how close they are to Managers/Directos and not how good they are for the company. As a Capgemini employee, I read a lot about how the company values their resources and how the good ones are special for the group. Looking for the company news OUT of Brazil, that seems to be a reality... Unfortunately, the Capgemini culture never arrived in our land.
