Good for grads/intern to join in UK, then after few year go for better salary outside.

Cons

Avoid Capitalone if you are an ethnic candidate, it's not worth your time finding your way out of system ,that is working against you. Limited opportunities to grow high up. There is culture of privilege, In majority of low performer cases -ethnic minorities are at receiving end, resulting in talented people choosing to leave. Very high attrition rate of ethnic minorities in Capitalone UK.

Pros

Your colleagues as a whole are really smart and at a level of quality you won't see in many other places. You will learn a lot and the training is really strong.

Cons

It's all politics and lip service. Everybody talks about diversity and "listening" but nobody does anything. Promotions are really blurred and nothing makes sense. A lot of it is based on who you know. At the end of the day, there is really no innovation and the focus is on optimizing profitability with very little regard for long-term customer strategy. Instead of squeezing customers, why not actually innovate better for them to scale the business instead.
