      Pros

      Health Insurance, benefits of that sort. PTO.

      Cons

      They treat you terribly. HR doesn’t listen to you when you have issues with your immediate manager or give you solutions on how to move forward. They allow you to be terminated for not being able to work while profusely bleeding. Discriminate against people with mental disorders heavily, purposely don’t provide equal opportunity to those that have them. Do not listen to claims of retaliation.

      They look at you and already decide they don't want you. Making a person take 3-4 hours of their day to not get a job offer. When you know you qualify. I don't believe capital one is about diversity for higher roles. My opinion. No Pros

      Plenty of cons..a bunch of bologna and making people take hours in their day for interviews for nothing. A lot of time wasted
