      The pay is EXTREMELY low for entry level associates!!!! There has been constant change before we inquired ING Direct but now it's so much worse... The change says alot about the instability of Capital One as a whole and also says alot about how weak management is. Most managers are incompetent!!!!! You will be reprimanded for taking too much PTO, questioning certain policies/ how things are ran.... Management doesn't care about employees AT ALL regardless of how much you help with different projects or how hard you work... There's ALOT of upper management that look down on Reps & think they are superior... They do NOT value employee loyalty and/ hard work..
