      Pros

      None that I can think of right now, except that the experience taught me not to listen to some people who sing praises of the company while they may be having a rare experience due to their specific team.

      Cons

      No trust culture, onus of trust is on you. My manager never scheduled 1-1s with me. Trashy hiring practices to fill up positions to support very fast growth. Good people getting stuck with terrible leads and useless teammates. Managers sound nice but have no concern for the people. Toxic environment. Agile show offs DEI show offs

      - Humble CEO - Technology adoption - Some smart talent at workplace - Flexible working hours (depends on team)

      Cons

      - Hired a few bad apples in powerful positions who don't shy away from abusing their ranks - Pay isn't competetive - No Stocks /RSU - Performance management is a joke - Ranks/job levels matter (feedbacks from lower levels are ignored & the expectation from lower ranks is to kiss upper ranked associates ***) - Career progression blocked by dirty politics

      Some good people across the business(that haven’t been made redundant)

      Cons

      Although I get good ratings it’s a terrible performance management model that treats people who are strong dependable performers as poor employees. You need to constantly shout about how great you are and ensure you only get involved in shiny stuff and avoid your core role to ensure your safe otherwise you risk a low rating. The people responsible for running the sessions are short sighted and I would not recommend to any grad or any other new starters in tech
