Pros

Pay is okay, learn alot of skills.

Cons

Poor management, alot of drama, higher ups will stab you in the back every chance they get, HR here is a joke. Me and everyone else I know that has complained about the bullying has had no luck there. Seniority basically means you can treat everyone like trash with no repercussions.

Pros

If you are lazy at your job It's a good place to stay because they never fire people.

Cons

See pro. Not innovate as claims to be. Everyone is so resistant to change, all good ideas get shoved. Pretends to be a global company but is so American in approach they forget that the rest of the world has a completely different culture. Not process oriented at all.

Pros

Flexibility after you gain trust from your direct boss Good colleagues and nice working culture to mixed around

Cons

1. SOP is not well develop, you need to 'swim' yourself when you first join the company and get used to their operation. 2. Not much support from plant people as they are all long service award staff that reluctant to change to current IT environment, a lot of things still manually done and no proper reconciliation. Headache when face with plant's colleague 3. Bonus is minimal with current economic crisis.
