      Large and Complex environment but one of worst management

      Lot more so will keep it simple... Management need you to build everything overnight that too without having atleast basic information. Way to go guys.

When it comes to marketing, the company is years behind. There's vague understanding of modern marketing practices, the value of marketing or career paths. It's great for someone in Sales, Commercial roles or Supply Chain.
