Unfair and outdated

Pros

Nothing stands out, average or below the average working conditions.

Cons

Mammoth organization under restructuring. US management do not see the real problems at country level in Europe. Company let go of highly qualified, younger, forward-looking managers so now the real up-to-date knowledge is gone. Only the 50+ managers remained in my department who try to bring back the old way of working. Gender equality is non-existent, male workers are always preferred to receive a promotion.

Pros

The energy, diversity, and overall sense of being once you are in is amazing!

Cons

The candidate experience (both internal and external) could be a lot better. When one applies for internal roles, it would be nice to be notified the right way (decline letter or phone call) versus finding out via an updated organizational chart.
