Every decision you make needs to get approval and alignment from different functions, different regions, different departments it is horrific. - Constantly changing the culture lately. Every decision made it worse and worse. - No career plan. They make you fill out a yearly plan and that is it. - Heavy nepotism. Who you know is all that matters and if you suck up to senior leadership you get promoted. - Some teams have constant team events & travels while some other have absolutely zero events. - Aggressively pushing jobs to India & other low cost areas. - Layoffs left and right, fired 8000 people globally

Not the best environment now after the layoffs, from what I hear. Fewer people to do more work. The new leadership structure is less people-focused than they used to be. Cuts were done with a hammer rather than a knife and they are now trying to build back what was lost. Sometimes the folks at the corporate office make calls and statements without considering the average operational employee. You have to move around the country or world to move up in ops, too.
