Pros
The people are amazing. I loved working with all the different teams I had the chance to work with. People truly care about making food more efficiently and feeding/fueling the world while improving the environment. Truly an ethical company, and this cannot be said for most big companies. Amazing career opportunities. This is the best food ingredients company to work at for these reasons.
Cons
Not the best environment now after the layoffs, from what I hear. Fewer people to do more work. The new leadership structure is less people-focused than they used to be. Cuts were done with a hammer rather than a knife and they are now trying to build back what was lost. Sometimes the folks at the corporate office make calls and statements without considering the average operational employee. You have to move around the country or world to move up in ops, too.
