A decent job in a terrible economy

Pros

Decent benefits If you're willing to move, advancement can happen Horrible economy, it's a job. If you do your work and keep your head down you can manage to get through the day most of the time.

Cons

Terrible pay and raise structure Ridiculous hours for no reason at times, then lack of hours when they're really needed. Management is rude, uneducated and part of the good ol' boy network. Large workload for small pay. No connection between employees 'on the ground' who actually interact with customers and upper management.
