      Can’t think of any. Morale low with the ongoing redundancy.

      Adequate for Recent Grad

      Pros

      It’s an ok job for a recent college grad with no experience. Company is well regarded so a job here looks good in the resume.

      Cons

      The job could be done by anyone with a GED, it’s kind of a waste to staff a BS in this position. Management definitely has their favorites, you’d do well to identify those individuals and befriend them. After two years I’ve received one raise and no bonuses. I have been told to lie to both fellow employees and auditors. Corporate values are more talk than actual guiding principles.
