Pros

Standard benefits, discount produce, a plethora of jobs to choose from if you need one,

Cons

Poor management, only promote their favorites, good raises only come to those who suck up to the bosses, understaffed, refuse to acknowledge any accomplishment or skill certain workers have over others, blatant showing of favoritism

Pros

They have an increased focus on keeping employees safe. Straight forward work. Pays somewhat decent.

Cons

Management isn’t great and could use some straightening out. Pays just enough to keep you there but still living paycheck to paycheck (if you have a family). They can’t keep ppl there because of poor management and poor hiring choices.

Pros

1. Stable company 2. Low layoffs rarely happen

Cons

Disorganized with consistent "transformations" and reorganization. There have been 4 changes in the past 5 years. Toxic Culture Very little change can happen and seems that people re managing their careers. Cargill is so big that it depends on what function and business unit you join. People's experiences vary greatly. Warning about Cargill, it widely depends on where you sit within Cargill. This is a warning for the HR corporate function in MN.
