      They treat you good because they have to

      Pros

      Good compensation structure. There is often money available to make improvements or hire in positions that I don't think many other companies have. Longevity and worker safety are a major priority.

      Cons

      Nothing happens fast here. Everything requires a meeting. I mean everything. Might have to attend a meeting to get approval to drop a duce. They are a massive multinational company. You/your plant/team will never be a priority for good or for bad. They have no problem operating in extremely inefficient ways detrimental to the environment and are still operational in Russia with no plans to exit.

      Pros

      Stable company overall. They make money and basically never lay anyone off.

      Cons

      Unwilling to invest in equipment that works. Extremely toxic culture in the Bio R&D and CSST R&D MRDC building. Lots of finger pointing as to why equipment doesn’t work rather than active collaboration just to actually help get equipment to work. Lots of large egos.

      Good pay, meet some nice people

      Cons

      Bullying, sexism, racism occurs in the workplace because these people think they have immunity from being reprimanded. HR are told to stop investigating when it comes to people that play golf with directors. HR support fake redundancy processes so that people can get rid of staff unfairly. No one does anything to stop this. It's unethical and has lasting consequences. Certain people are allowed to tell lies about people that they have got rid of, to try and cover up mistakes they are making. Horrible, toxic place. If you're not a yes person, forget it. You won't fit in or be promoted.
