Pros

Good computer software packages for business needs (spreadsheets not used for everything), good online resources for project management and access to online books

Cons

No training on actual job responsibilities, constant restructure, high turnover, disabilities not welcome, no accountability, noisy office environment, no official job objectives or job objective tracking, inconsistent feedback, management mostly ignored safety concerns, bait and switch job titles

Pros

The starting pay is good.

Cons

People get treated like the cattle they bring in. It's extremely thankless and very dark. Almost a dictatorship ruled by the most crooked and vindictive people you can find. If you don't mind getting cussed at and somebody making you feel like a complete nobody for 8 hours a day 6 days a week then it's perfect for you
