      Cengage is a leader in ed tech at the college level. Constantly adapting to new information, the company’s executives manage change smartly.

      Cons

      Constant change can make for a challenging work experience, but even so, the company does all it can to help people manage it well by communicating frankly and understanding people’s needs.
