      Good environment, flexible hours

      Pros

      There's a lot going well in the environment here: Managers are focused on personal and professional growth, the coworkers are nice and generally happy to be doing their job, and there's great flexibility for hours. The job itself is a good mix of creativity and seeing new I do feel pretty connected to the CEO, who runs a weekly meeting and openly answers questions (even anon ones) from employees.

      Cons

      I wish the pay was higher (<50k for my science PhD and some programming skills, yeesh), and some extra PTO would be nice. Training could've been more comprehensive and smoother, but they've improved it since I came in.
