Solid team members. New CEO has brought an energizing new direction. Good location downtown. Good benefits (health, dental, commuter subsidy, 401K)

Cons

Frequent re-orgs. Rarely promote from within. Bonuses are touted in the recruiting process but in recent years haven't been paid out consistently. Pay is sub-competitive.
