      Pros

      Pros were the people but they let all the good ones go. The culture used to be like family but now is one of fear.

      Cons

      New management is weak. No significant pay increase in over ten years. They keep people on who literally sit in front of a screen all day while riffing the pros.

      -Flexible schedule -Company seems to truly want to improve educational products and has innovative products -Company car

      Cons

      The cons I experienced are as follows: low job security, poor training, average salary, extensive night work, unknown variables you can't control when selling a product. The company needs to invest more in their people. This is a sink or swim environment. Although there are busy and slower seasons, the work does not seem to stop at 5:00pm. I experienced night work almost every night just to keep up with the influx of emails. I felt extremely burnt out.

      Pros

      Some truly passionate and engaging colleagues to work with. Casual environment and no dress code. Extensive and helpful new manager training sessions. Increased openness and ability to communicate with executive team and CEO.

      Cons

      Need to invest more in finding out what employees are thinking and wanting in terms of office space. While increased methods of communication with executive team and CEO increase feeling of ownership and inclusiveness, would be nice if straight answers were given. Serious and thought-out questions from employees are still met with company "rah-rah" message.
