Pros
My manager is one of the best I've ever had and I mostly enjoy my job. 401k, vacation, and sick time are good.
Cons
Outsourced half of their I.T. department and executives are so invested in the move, they do not care how it affects the end users or how terribly the contracted partners perform. Health insurance providers has changed several times over the last few years and it gets more expensive and requires more out of pocket every year. During 2 of the last few mas layoffs, the affected people had to train their Indian replacements. If you are open about your feelings in one of these "transparent" town halls, you and your team could be the next group on the chopping block.
