Great products make sales easy. The people and culture is what makes it special.

I'll go easy on you Cengage because you were good to me but get your crap together. I know you're trying but maybe that's the problem, you're trying too hard....? If you want to be a tech company, you need to do better, everything is very confusing for everybody and especially teachers since they already have many different software they use. Also, don't let tech support fall on your sales reps.
