Fantastic company and more streamlined than ever as part of Cengage Learning. Employee input is highly valued and respect is shown for workers in all positions. Regional teams work incredibly well together in their respective territories and successes, big and small, are celebrated as deserved. People are noticeably happy and excited to work for the company and it shows in performance. Managers offer considerable support to reps, consultants, and those in related positions -- all the way to the top. I'm so thankful to work for such a wonderful company and I echo the sentiments from many others on the team as well.

Cons

Tough industry, but National Geographic Learning, Cengage is at the forefront.
