      Continuous work, a great place to work. Pay is decent and they hire High school teens. Tons of overtime in the summer.

      Cons

      If you work in the warehouse it gets very hot in the summer.

      My team at Cengage and the leadership team are exceptional. They are very professional, very engaged, and want you to succeed. They do not stay at their "level" and engage with colleagues in all positions to cheer each other on and help to find solutions.

      Cons

      You must be willing to work hard. This is a tough industry, but it is rewarding everyday.
