      Pros

      So glad I work here! I applied twice and was rejected the first time, very glad I applied again. This job came just in time for the changes I was experiencing in life, and I couldn't have asked for a better training or on boarding experience.

      Cons

      It was a little overwhelming with rush, but having access to the supervisors and senior support agents helped a lot.
