I had the pleasure of working at Cengage Learning, based out of Las Vegas NV, for eight years. Exceptional benefits and work-life balance.

Cons

There's an expectation for participation in slack/teams discussions for pumping up colleagues and more. This is not inherently a negative, but constant communication about 'success stories' or 'inspirational moments' are an unspoken requisite at Cengage.
