Cengage is the difference between night and day from the company that I left. The culture is amazing and the benefits are very nice as well. My team is remote so that helps as well. I truly enjoy my team and coworkers. A lot is expected but totally worth it.

Cons

None really, being a remote employee I tend to work more than 8 hours a day as I have a goal and purpose, but definitely not required.
