      Employees lose severance pay due to bankruptcy filing

      Not at this time. I think this board will grow now that severance has been revoked.

      Cons

      Due to another reorg my position was eliminated. I was given severance pay through July but that ended today when Cengage filed bankruptcy and no longer will honor employee severance agreements. Mike Hansen and Mr. Stone are finally showing how little they value employees.

      Flex time, flex time, flex time

      Cons

      Change in health insurance provider to save money was troubling Management contradicts itself at each turn. No silos, yes funnel marketing, no wait we have another reorg coming - stop everything! The new CEO is using this as his pet project. Sadly many good people have been lost in the process and the smart ones still left will leave for greener pastures.
