      Pros

      Gale has a culture where shared core values leads to trust and teamwork. Trust and teamwork lead to innovation and continuous improvement. Innovation and a growth mindset provide motivation and satisfaction. Gale provides a great work-life balance and flexibility. The technical challenges are also extremely rewarding.

      Cons

      Too focused on revenue at times, but getting better. The true focus should be on helping our library markets and patrons to be more successful.

      The people here are fantastic. There is a true feeling of teamwork. Additionally, the materials that we publish are top notch and live up to what the public expects from National Geographic.

      Cons

      We are short handed on marketing. Would be wonderful if we could add on more employees to support the field.
