      Pros

      Products - Cengage spends time focusing on student needs and makes educational products that genuinely help improve learning People - Great colleagues - no shirkers here - lots of hard workers and supportive team members Creativity - Always solving new problems and can try things new ways.

      Cons

      Challenging market in higher education - but it's not really a con, as that makes it interesting.

      Pros

      Great people. Terrific Leadership. Focused and committed to winning. Transition can be tough, but people who are able to preserver during difficult times will flourish. The cream has and always will rise to the top! Promotions are common. There is no lack of people with great track records at Cengage.

      Cons

      Challenging industry. There is no silver bullet. We need to believe in the plan and trust the process. Be patient!
