Fairly positive culture, competitive salary and benefits for the industry. Overall good people to work with. Pretty good ideas/products to sell.

Cons

Difficulty with tech support and a lot of products breaking recently. Some money woes which has led to smaller budgets etc. Tough to get a salary raise.
