Pros

Opportunity to learn, great teamwork, liberal PTO policy, wonderful co-workers, allows some telecommuting, great direct managers and directors.

Cons

Not the highest paying company around, open office plan, shuttle service from Caltrain/BART. High level execs have no clue about what we do day to day,

Pros

The people are really enjoyable to work with and I have been very lucky to have supervisors that value work/life balance. The work is rewarding.

Cons

As a contractor keeping a steady flow of work has been challenging. The company recently went through Chapter 11 and that has slowed down contractor work tremendously.
