      Pros

      One of the things that I love about Cengage is the work/life balance. I work in sales and one of the things that drew me to the job is the fact that I could make my own schedule pretty much and there was no one over me micro-managing. I have this philosophy, if you do your job, people will know and if you don't people will know that as well.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Technology team is smart and driven to create quality products for our customers. Agile software development enforces a viable, working product from the start.

      Cons

      Product management and editorial need to flip the switch and think "digital first". Many procedures and workflows are still too print focused.
