      Great people and managers on the tech side of things.

      Cons

      The direction of the company changes with the wind. The company has decided to devalue design and user experience. C-Level turnover happens so often nothing ever gets done from a strategy standpoint.

      Great People but working in a troubled environment for several years

      Flexible work schedule/work from home. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Since I started 7 years ago the past 5 years they have done HUGE layoffs every 3 months which created unease with the employees as well as a stress for those of us covering the positions that were eliminated. They ultimately started outsourcing jobs and laying off key team players.

      Engaging coworkers, brilliant people, decent work life balance, approachable senior management

      Cons

      Promotes the wrong people, likes titles with no substance or clarity, no real training, lackluster HR, no one seems to be able to answer questions with a real answer. People are in fear mode all the time, and unwilling to engage.
