      Fit for people who are looking for a conservative industry.

      Pros

      Working with people from other regional branch offices was a fun experience.

      Cons

      Conservative industry. Big political issues in branch office. Boss yelling at people everyday. Although I was not the one who's often yelled at, I feel bad for those who are mistreated. Lack of employee training program.

      Smart, passionate colleagues. Opportunity to learn and try new things through a host of new teams, ideas, and committees being driven by a changing industry.

      Cons

      Past leadership has been too risk-adverse and most concerned with maximizing profits versus serving customers and acquiring new customers. It took a while for many to understand the vast change in the industry.

      Lacks long term planning and vision Invests nothing for the career growth and professional growth of an employee Too much politics and no work with executive management It seems like everyone is pretending to do work to save their job No employee seems motivated on any level
