Pros

Discounted yoga classes once a week. The Boston location has a shuttle from South Station and one from North Station. There is a workout room and a cafe on the first floor of the building. The medical/dental benefits are decent. Management holds meetings to keep employees updated on major decisions.

Cons

The pay is fairly low. There is an opportunity to give feedback on upper-level management, but not directly on one's supervisor.

Pros

Outstanding people that care about their work and their community. In general the entire management team is very supportive. The company offers "top drawer" products that are very much needed by the market.

Cons

Occasional disconnect between sales and other departments that can create momentary confusion and slightly derail productivity.

Pros

Fully supported as an employee and free to make my own successes and mistakes, and learn from the latter. Upper management has always been receptive to questions and requests for advice and support.

Cons

Employee engagement is sometimes lacking. The company's current financial situation is unfortunate, but optimistic for the outcome.
