      The opportunity to contribute, the ability to learn and grow. Great mentoring and job shadowing program. The ability to collaborate. Work/Life balance.

      Those that only wish to focus on the negative versus contributing towards the success of the company and being proud of the many benefits the company provides to employees and customers.

      Great atmosphere and a very friendly and helpful environment that is conducive to productivity. High level of communication and support from middle management and supervisors.

      Compensation left a little to be desired.

      Pros

      I've been with the company for nearly 25 years and I've been afforded the luxury of trying out different jobs in different departments....and working with different leadership teams. The current leadership team is innovative, genuine, dedicated to growth, and motivating! They are modeling the behavior they want to see from us and it is refreshing to say the least!
