Best work-life balance i've ever experienced. The base pay is lacking, but they make up for it in other areas. The people are very friendly and family oriented.

Cons

Higher Ed sales has many uncontrollable factors that play a part in your results (politics, school administration, enrollments etc.). If you can come to terms with that then it's fine.
