Pros

wonderfully diverse employees. many female managers.

Cons

people are really great but working there is bad. treated like children. salaries are low for the industry yet they seem to think they pay excellently. VERY high employee turnover suggesting how dissatisfied many are. poor career opportunity. micromanagement & job threatening are commonplace. nothing done to senior management who recieve HR complaints.

Low pay, high expectations, and bully SLT

Pros

Modern office in a WeWork

Cons

Salaries are low but the leadership team makes a point of not increasing them. The CEO claims that salaries are in line with the rest of the industry, but this is false - this is also why salaries are not included in job listings. Different people are paid different amounts despite having the same work experience and qualifications. Certain teams are held in higher regard than others, and as a result have high demands from others while missing their own deadlines and expecting other teams to pick up the slack. The SLT has a bully problem but because "it's always been that way" it continues with no action from HR. There is a culture of disrespect and milking lower employees for all they're worth. There are no training or development opportunities available. The CEO's idea of training and development are the legally-required GDPR and anti-bribery training, and tells staff they should appreciate receiving it. There is no career ladder or progression path, nor salary bands, despite SLT claiming there are. The company has seen a high turnover rate the past few months, but management refuse to look closer into why, instead preferring to keep going as they always have.
