There's a tap which dispenses hot water

Cons

Absolutely everything. The office is a disgrace, the toilets are a disgrace, the kitchen facilities are a disgrace. The lifts never work. The areas outside the toilets actually stink of urine and faeces.

Un-organised, there is a real lack of process and in some instances it seems like no one knows what they're doing. Management have unrealistic expectations for employees without relevant training.

- Lots of opportunities to expand on your skills as a journalist (reporting, doing video, podcasts, etc) - Good work/life balance - Friendly team members who like to socialise outside of working hours

Cons

- Difficult to progress - Pay rises pretty much non-existent - Management purely focused on keeping the sales team happy, so the editorial teams are often overlooked when it comes to incentives
