Pros

Finally looks like there is going to be a fundamental change after profits warning and promise of a fire sale. Let’s hope the current Chairman has more teeth than the last.

Cons

Taken all that is good about being a dynamic, entrepreneurial business and turned it into the worst kind of sausage factory. Andria you are charming but out of your depth and your arm bands have got holes in.

- lots of social opportunities - CEO, Andrea, is lovely and you can approach her easily (when she's not too busy!) - Fairly nice office - Breakfast & fruit deliveries for staff - Development board organise a lot of learning, social and health benefits - Average to good wage & commission structure

Cons

- Management haven't got a clue - Lots of jobsworths - Lots of corporate bullies - Complaints are never actioned - Blame game environment
