I could literally write an encyclopedia. In all honesty, you can't please anyone. But the fact is, here.... It is an absolute joke of a place to work. Ignore any of the positive comments you see on their profile... HR have asked the "teacher's pets" to leave positive reviews so it doesn't look too bad. The entire organisation is a shambles and they hide it extremely well. I just wish the board of directors would wake up, stop buying the rubbish Andria keeps feeding them and replace her with someone whose forward thinking and actually cares about her employees. That will then change up the whole business. You'll see for yourself.... You'll be extremely positive because the person you interviewed with will sell you the dream. Within the first month of your employment you will know exactly what the true colours of that hell hole are. You have to be friends with the right people.... And that means you've got to be prepare to do some serious, deep brown nosing. If you're reserved and keep yourself to yourself... you're treated like an outcast and they will look for a way to get rid of you. Working here is a HUGE gamble and there are much MUCH MUCH better paid jobs with better cultures etc out there. Ask anyone in the company if they're truly happy?!
