The location is pretty good

Cons

Overcrowded office, dirty kitchens, no progression and therefore no pay rises. Tonnes of praise for sales teams, other teams don't exist. Generally a very cold place to work.

Pros

- Changes to the company have been for the better, communication more streamlined, collaborative and transparent - Nicer environment to work in - before the refit the office was horrible inc better toilets/bathrooms - Some really great people work here.

Cons

- pay well below the going market rate - you will earn more elsewhere - acknowledgement of good work/effort is far and few between - constantly make cuts and increase targets - becoming more and more strict on KPI's - make bad decisions regarding certain brands
