High staff turnover and its ovbious why

Pros

Its a good place to start a career, but not a place to stay if you want to progress your career. The people make the day to day bearable, but the cons outweigh the pros.

Cons

Relatively low salary, staff under-valued by senior management who make constant changes to strategy and set unachievable targets.

Good Starting Place For Those Looking For Business Experience

- People, the people make this place a fun environment to be in. - As a starting job, the bonus structure is attractive for those looking to save or spend in the city - Team ethics were strong when I was there, so you felt apart of a culture

Cons

- No innovation finds its way from the bottom up, leaving you discouraged to suggest new ways of business - Ego development is rife when promotions do occur and not enough is done to help the teams understand new promotions and hires - Boring at times. Its an office, sales driven and a dying media, so it can get stuffy
