      Plenty of opportunities for progression

      Pros

      Centaur has given me a great platform to progress my own career whilst giving me an influence on the direction of my business unit. Following the restructure over the last couple of years into distinct portfolios there is a defined strategy which is starting to have a positive effect on culture and opportunities.

      Cons

      Communication from senior management could be better and there is more to be done in terms of culture, but the business is definitely on the right track.

      Good location and great brands. Historically the best b2b publisher in the market with great innovation and enterprise. But ....

      Cons

      Worst management structure possible. Nepotism rife. Experienced and well connected senior management who don't tow the party line forced out. Totally lost its way and desperately trying to paint a false picture of the reality. This business is failing. Look at he share price.

      They are pro active in forcing current members of staff to inflate and lie on glass door to improve company image. (Don't trust the 5 stars)
