      Pros

      good transport connections to oxford street location

      When a company has to TELL people who work there to write nice things on a website you know it's in trouble. Three 5* ratings in a row and all on the same day is a bit of a give away! The company is full of people trying to look busy who don't have a clue about what they are doing and who think that having a free breakfast will make people think this is a modern company. Anyone you ask will agree it's a pretty embarrassing place to work and at least three or four of the board they put together for employees to sit on have already left the company. Managers act like children and are scared of the bosses and anyone with any real experience or skill has either left or is leaving. They keep talking about being on a 'journey' but nobody knows where its actually going. I'm looking for a new job and i wouldn't recommend you take my place.

      Great people and great opportunities

      Pros

      Close knit teams with fantastic people and a culture of recognising, rewarding and progressing talent. Real opportunities to further your career if you have the motivation to drive it yourself. You will find yourself surrounded by senior leaders who have done exactly that.

      Cons

      A reactive work culture resulting in panicky deadlines and unnecessary stress! Also a solid but uninspiring benefits list.

      Pros

      Centaur Media is in an evolution and really listening to what can make the business better. They now have 'Board' of employees who can make suggestions to the Exec team about what will make life brilliant here. They have free breakfast, have enhanced some of the benefits and a strong focus on employee development. They have a quarterly employee prizes for great performance and best of all, they are building a culture where people can grow and develop. Centaur has some amazing brands in the markets and are attracting people with great CVs who can also see the opportunity here. Work life balance is also respected which is unusual!

      Cons

      It isn't always perfect, no where is. They need to get better at shouting externally about what they are doing and sometimes prioritise what they want to focus on. It would also be nice to have somewhere social to meet as a company but they are considering all these things.
