Pros
The people I worked with were the best. Not everyone obviously but the majority were great employees and had a team mindset. I loved my job and took great pride. I had the best managers whose advice I still use to this day. My manager Marcos would tell me "If you finished making chips today 5 min earlier try making them 4 min earlier the next day." He also told me "You know who's better than me today?" I answered, "No, who?" . He replied "Me tomorrow". Great benefits they offer tuition assistance and really work around your schedule.
Cons
Some of the employees do not elevate themselves their team nor chipotle. But you will get these kind of people anywhere you go. Other than that nothing major.
