      Constant GROWTH and Challenges as the forefront of the food industry in terms of food safety and quality there are always new and innovative policies each year. Management will support you, but keep in mind they have bosses as well demanding results. Food is free and healthy depending how you eat You can build and control the culture! REAL Corporate isn't down your neck as long as you run it how it is supposed to be run and provide results.

      Cons

      Turnover can be a problem with wages that can slightly less than competitive in area. On city can have an average wage higher than the next city nearby but both pay the same. Your time/Hours can be a little inconsistent (assume you will be working more) which is excellent but at times you may have life things to deal with, but you average 10hrs a day
