      great management if you are a decent employee fun staff of students free food decent pay, best i’ve had for fast food (but they should be paying more) bosses get u raises & bonuses management let’s you talk back to customers if they’re in the wrong

      you’re on your feet allll shift no paid break overwhelming sometimes especially when u first start rude customers sometimes

      This used to be a great company to work for when I first started. I was overworked and underpaid, as a kitchen manager I consistently worked 9-10 hour days, usually 6 days a week and my hourly rate was lower than over half the crew members there at the time. Would also get called on days off to get asked questions about the store for shifts I didn't even work, which would lead to me being asked to call out the crew for mistakes that I wasn't even aware of. They expect the world of you in exchange for almost no social life. Don't get sucked into here long term.

      Friends, food, pay if you fight for it.

      Cons

      Management doesn't understand how the store works. Their ideas just make life harder and can't even be followed because they take too much time. They're just leaching profit from the store that could go to the raises of the people who run it and understand it. People working there for years aren't getting paid dollars less than new hires.
